It's really not hard to thread my brows when I have microshadow lines to follow, yet the girl took off half my brow. They gave me a refund of 20. They should of refunded me my whole amount of the 39 plus tip of $6. I'm far sighted and didn't realize til I got home and took our my contacts. I realize I got other services (lip and sideburns), but this was completely unacceptable and feeling the entire thing should of been refunded due to loss of half my brow.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced after going to this place. Every time I come here to get my eyebrows done I’m always insulted by whoever is doing my eyebrows. I’m always told my eyebrows are too thick and that my makeup looks terrible for some reason. Last time I went I got the new girl and she cut off the end of my left eyebrow and it took months to grow back to its original state. Unfortunately I will never be coming back here until they fix their horrible customer service skills.
